No Room for Love

Dr. Garfield books into Lawns Hotel planning to spend a discreet weekend with Michele, his pretty receptionist. His pretext of staying there due to a golfing excursion is ruined with the arrival at the hotel of the orchestra in which his wife is the harpist.

The hotel's inept registration proceudure results in a hectic evening for the Garfields, Michele, some young newlyweds, a horn player and his alcoholic wife who find themselves in and out of the bridal suite (and bed) along with various other rooms in a mass confusion of mistaken identities, confrontations and misunderstandings.

As if this wasn't complicated enough, there's a a perfume-obsessed manager, a truculent porter and various musical instruments.
