Our talented construction people have created some outstanding sets for our plays down the years, and there’s always room for more people if you fancy helping us during set building.
We’ve built some ambitious sets including a cutaway cricket pavilion, both levels of a two storey house, a grungy apartment in circa 1930s New York, a giant tree for panto - not to mention creating multiple locations for one production including a London townhouse, the Scottish Highlands and the Forth Rail Bridge.
High production standards
We always strive to reach the highest standards possible, and a top class set is a huge part of creating entertainment with high production values.
We have our own stock of scenery flats, doors, windows and other set building materials and you’d be working with a friendly and talented group of people during our set building period - usually the weekend before opening night.
As an added incentive on 'get in' day there’s free coffee and maybe a doughnut or two courtesy of the stage manager or director!
